Job details Wages From $14 per hour based on experience. Job hours Part time to start. More hours gained upon job performance. Qualifications Cleaning experience: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Housekeeping: 1 year (preferred) Full Job Description Hiring cleaners. Preferably with at least 1 year of cleaning experience. Cleaners duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Residential house cleanings. One time cleanings and or ongoing. Most of the cleanings will be regular house cleanings for continued clients. Expectations: Thorough cleaning of counter tops, sinks, toilets, light fixtures, showers, tubs, stove tops, light switches, door handles, microwaves, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, low mid and high level dusting, etc. Cleaners must be able to: • Lift 30lbs and climb up and down stairs. • Have reliable transportation and ability to drive to and from sites. • Be able to work independently and work well with others. • Must use good customer service and act professionally at all times while driving to and from properties as well as in a customers home. • Ability to follow direction and stay on task as to not be distracted by the tenants or others. • Good time management skills. Jobs are scheduled within a time frame. Cleaners will need to be able to prioritize cleaning methods to maximize time efficiency. • Ability to withstand regular contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions. • Move all reasonable movable furniture. • Carry all cleaning supplies and tools needed to and from sites.
