NEED Help with remodeling project, please read..

I am in need of serious help. Right now I am paying two rental properties I am up to my eyeballs in debt. My partner does mobile mechanics and if possible we can do a barter, mechanic work for construction help. We have started the demolition process and that is as far as we have gotten. We have no idea what to do next and this is where we really need a professional to step in but because of our finances at the moment we don't have professional money, which is why I'm asking for the barter or help in general. We have figured out that we're going to need to start with the ceiling first. I will need someone who is very small, lightweight to get on top of the roof and get all of the debris off of the roof, seal the roof. I do have a Big 5 gallon bucket of sealant and then the inside tear out, the ceiling tear out, and install new installation and then the new ceiling. ( If at all possible, if we can find someone with insurance that way no one is sued or liable if someone goes through the roof but hopefully no accidents happen. ) Part 2 : We also really badly are going to need to get a shower toilet and sink installed along with ceiling and floor for the bathroom before we can even think about moving in. I have the wood for the floor, the ceiling and I also have the faucets and fixtures I will need. I DO NEED A 54" L SHOWER BASE, and the waterproofing as well. I do not have the shower. I'm in need of that if anyone has one. After those two jobs are tackled then we can move onto the kitchen and living room then finally bedrooms.
