As we know, hiring ANY musician requires the candidate to possess a demonstrated skillset, personality and be able to have a good hang. It’s all about the fit. I have lots of credentials I could include here, but it feels like grandstanding, rather than finding a fit. I desire a fit and am willing to wait till I find it. I have all new gear, play to a click, am vaxed, do not do drugs, and celebrate a work-life-band balance. I’m 50’s What you got going on?
