Looking for an electrician and plumber

I have a handy man service and a lot of times projects come up that need a licensed electrician or plumber to hookup with homeowner. All I ask is a minimal finders fee as I pay for leads which are a little expensive. Right now I have a customer down the beach who needs some electrical work done. I've included some pics. 1. Take down 2 fans and install lights on existing poles. They're up there pretty high. 2. Take down light and put up light fixture with chain up centered over dining room table with hook(customer has light) 3. Take down 3 bedroom lights centered in room and put up new. 4. Take down track lighting and install possibly 2-3 cannister lights. Customer needs this done on Saturdays. This is the type of projects I run into all the time. Must be licensed and insured.
