Looking to rehome my cocker spaniel

Hello, I'm looking to rehome my 1 year 4-month-old, Cocker Spaniel. I am expecting a newborn baby in 3 months and I feel like I will not be able to have the time to give my puppy any attention that he will need. He's full of energy, fully vaccinated, potty trained (In the winters he hates the snow) he is trained to go outside and to use potty pads inside. He's very sweet, cuddly, loving everything you will need for him to be a family dog. He is well-behaved around children and adults. He does walk on the leash, sometimes definitely pulls because he is excited but he enjoys daily walks. If you have a fenced-in yard for him to run around in that'll be great, because he enjoys the outdoors and laying in the grass. I believe Charlie will be a good fit for a young couple or an older couple. He is purebred and I do have all of his vet forms, and papers.
