Relocate super friendly TNR Cat

Yes this adult, male neutered cat (with TNR ear clip) seems to want a real home. He showed up in our backyard months ago and hasn't left. He hangs out back all day (never leaves), sleeps on our patio furniture, and meows for food often. We've let him inside to sleep when it's too rainy but he always wants to go outside once he's rested. He has us trained now I guess but it turns out two of my kids are allergic to cats. So, with winter coming, we're hoping to be able to find a nice, experienced cat owner for this super friendly guy. He loves to have his belly rubbed and play with cat toys. He's been treated monthly with flea and tick preventative. Oh, and he's pretty good at clearing out any chipmunks or mice you might have. After reading the CL advice on rehoming pets, it seems we should charge a small rehoming fee. I'd be happy to donate that to the Humane Society of Harrisburg or perhaps we can work something else out. Alternatively, maybe you might know who this cat originally belonged to before he showed up on our patio and never left? Thanks for any interest, but please-no weirdos or crazy cat hoarders. This really is a nice cat. He just needs a place where no one gets itchy or swollen eyes when they pet him.
