We are currently in search MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS. Job Description: Responsibilities include a wide range of tasks, routine and preventative maintenance. Candidate needs to possess detailed knowledge in all phases of commercial real estate maintenance including plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills. Strong problem solving and communication skills.
