Beautiful cat available for rehome

I have to re-home a cat that I've had for about 1.5 years. Here's the story I had her since last spring. She was always a great cat, though not always great w strangers. I lived alone when I got her. This past summer I moved into a new apartment with my brother. She was not yet spayed. Things were going well until one night while she was in heat she freaked out at my brother while he idiotically played cat sounds on his phone and attacked him. Since then, she has been a different cat in the living area of our apartment even after getting spayed. We've been keeping her locked up in my room or the bathroom. In those rooms she is nothing but snuggles, but any time we have tried to let her back in the main room it has ended in her freaking out and attacking even me. Something in the main room of my apartment is triggering her and I can't seem to get her back to her old self in here. I think she would make a great cat once again with a fresh start in the right environment. She was amazing for a long time, and still is a sweet animal outside of my living room. I don't want to have to surrender her for the shelter because it may be terrible for her. No rehoming fee or any of that nonsense. If you can provide a living and safe environment for this beautiful creature that will make me happy
