Someone to install foam insulation to my waterpipes in crawl space

I'm looking for someone to install some foam insulation on a few water pipes under my 1 bedroom 1 bath Crestline mountain cabin's crawl space About 2 feet high so will have to crawl or slide on back (it's dirt) and I have about 5 to 7 pieces of 6' foot foam and duct tape not sure how much pipe is covered or not but I can get more from Ace close to me In my pictures you can see that some pipes are covered and some not I would like foam installed where it is missing and perhaps a little duct tape wrapped around the old foam to add life to them Kitchen and bath are in the back part of the house so won't have to go to far under the cabin to wrap the galvanized pipes.. picture of right back corner of house is the kitchen with sink in corner and can enter under there the boards come off and bathroom is directly to the left back corner, house is only 18 feet wide by 30 feet long all the plumbing pipes will only be 8 feet in or less will pay $75 cash
