Empire is Hiring Asphalt & Seal Crew Members! Southern California's fastest-growing paving contractor is looking for asphalt members to join our production team. Our office is located in Orange, California and we service the entire Southern California Area. To be eligible for this position 1-year experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities for this position include asphalt preparation work, shoveling, raking, sweeping, and other general labor. Applying for this position means that you will be required to perform duties that include physical labor in a manner that is consistent with the paving industry. Laborer Duties: Asphalt preparation work. (ie. Cleaning, Blowing, and Tack Coating) Shoveling. Raking Asphalt. Sweeping. Seal Coating Labor. (ie. Cleaning, Squeegeeing, and Edge Work) Applying for this position means that you will be working in a physical labor position in a manner that is consistent with the paving industry.
