Work for a quickly growing development and construction company that has earned a broad depth of experience to include everything from real estate marketing and sales, finance and income property analysis, architectural and engineering consulting, general contracting and construction management, in both the residential and commercial spaces. Job locations will be throughout Southern California - reliable transportation required Ability to do carpentry work, both rough and finish Ability to do general drywall installation, taping, mudding, texturing Perform maintenance and light repairs Ability to pour, mix, lay, finish concrete, stucco, etc. Ability to do light painting, touch-ups, caulking, etc. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Assist with minor plumbing including unblocking sinks and drains etc. General knowledge of all construction trades Ability to read plans is a plus Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Opportunity to grow into management or crew chief position.
