Need my dual tool washer work on

I have a dual tool washer that one end I can fit 10 to 12” tools in with very little problem the other end I can only get like 4” maybe. I’m like for someone with those long black tools that I can come over with my tool washer and wash there tools with either end of my dual tool washer but really work the end that only fits 4” in. I will wash your tool only a daily basis tell we can make the other end work properly.
