Are you able to take PayPal, Venmo, Cash App? If so, please continue reading... CLEANING: rental home needs to be cleaned every other week. There's Not a lot. A kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, 2 halls, outside checked and cleaned if needed. A move-out/move-in inspection and cleaning when needed for the bedrooms. Preferably any time after 9 am and finished by 5 pm and any day Monday through Friday. You supply the cleansers and mop. There is a broom, I think. It's an easy gig for the right person because the home is normally a fairly clean environment BUT it has not had a deep cleaning for several weeks so the first time will need more. $12 / hr every 2 weeks. I often give bonuses if the work is fast and you can send me photos of a great job done. SHOWINGS: A Showing is basically just letting someone in the home to see it. Unexpected simple stuff. There is Not a vacancy now but there will be in a few months. ERRANDS: There may be some other small errands; like picking up supplies or letting someone in the home if they get locked out, posting notices, etc EXTRA: I need someone to do the lawn too if you know someone. It's a small back yard. Are you experienced with painting? Are you able to do minor repairs? I pay a little extra for repairs if it is complex. We need 7 things before consideration... 1.
