Enjoy midway rides and games for all ages, favorite fair food, and Halloween festivities hosted by Tanger Outlets on Fri., Oct. 29 from 5:30-8 pm. Parking and admission are free. Unlimited ride wristbands are $35 on site and online pre-sale (before 5 pm Oct. 21) for $29, 2/$55 or 4/$99. (Wristbands are valid Monday - Friday from 5 pm-closing and Saturday - Sunday from noon-6 pm.) See website for ride ticket prices, pre-sale savings, and coupons for rides and food. Carnival hours: 5-10 pm Monday - Thursday, 5-11 pm Friday, noon-11pm Saturday, noon-10 pm Sunday. On Halloween, carnival-goers are invited to go trick-or-treating on the midway from 1-3 pm.
