Learn the practical skills you need behind the espresso bar: grinding, milk techniques and building specialty drinks. We will have a meet your local roaster - Gary from Fresh2U Coffee, he has been with us since the beginning and he is an absolute wealth of knowledge. Then you will follow through a latte building, pour over + french press station. At each station you will absorb knowledge, technique and tricks to begin building your coffee grind state of mind.
