R&D Eats partners with us for an Oktoberfest dinner and a touch of Halloween! Join us at The Vine on Main. Enjoy an evening of pairing and tasting with 5 of our October Vine Club selections paired with a traditional Oktoberfest menu. R&D (Rich & Debbie) Eats is a fabulous partner for us - Debbi was our very first Vine Club member and her husband Rich is a masterful chef. Their portable kitchen draws rave reviews from everyone who has enjoyed their food first at our Block Parties and now all around the area. Seating is limited. 1st course Assorted German and Austrian Cheeses with pretzel bites and accoutrements 2nd course Wiener schnitzel & Erdapfel Vogersalat Breaded veal cutlet fried in lard with Styrian field salad with speck, potatoes, Styrian pumpkin seed oil and greens Intermezzo Pear Riesling Sorbet 3rd Course Sauerbraten Red wine and herb marinated short ribs with spatzle and rotkohkl (Braised red cabbage) Dessert Apfelstrudel Apple strudel with local apples and creme anglaise This quaint little shop is filled with a wide selection of well-priced wines and craft beers as well as fair trade, hand-made, recycled, socially conscious and unique gifts from around the world and local artists. With a pet and family friendly patio and Snowball Station (with classic snowballs OR wine slushies!)
