Join us for a FUN TLC Networking Morning with TLC Member Traci Weber, Author of Reclaim Your Wild and Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) at Silver Sands Beach in Milford, CT from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Yoga Teacher Traci will lead you thru a sage smudging ritual to remove bad emotions and let negative energy drift away. Followed by a short but sweet yoga class. Please bring a chair, a yoga mat, and a lighter.
