Sunday morning outdoor workout at Newbury Hill!
Want to start your Sunday off Strong!?
Join me Oct. 17th for a fun outdoor workout at the hill from 9am-10am!
Directly behind the track at Bolich Middle School on 13th street.
Things to bring :
A yoga mat ( recommended, but not necessary)
A kettlebell (any weight) OR a dumbbell or set of dumbbells (10-25lbs) Also, not necessary as I will have bodyweight alternatives to kick your butt just as hard :)
Last but not least, your badass self, ready to conquer the hill!
