District 27 would like to invite all District Executive Council members to join the Trio and the Region 7 Advisor for an informal dinner. The District Executive Council is cordially invited to dine with RA 7 Dana Swarner for an informal meet and greet. Ask any questions about Toastmasters International and learn more about the role of Region Advisor. Dana Swarner's Biography: Dana Swarmer, 2020-2022 Region 7 Advisor, is a former music educator who ran her own piano and voice studio for eighteen years. As a result of her tutelage, two of her former students were selected for placement in the prestigious Governor's School for the Arts in Greenville SC. Dana now runs Swarner Consulting, where she is a Risk Management Specialist, offering multiple lines of insurance and employee benefits. While running these Successful businesses, which actually overlapped for 18 months, Dana was also serving in District leadership. Dana was the District 58 Director in 2017-2018. During her term as DD, Dana was passionate about creating and Developing new leaders and teaching transferrable skills to those who served on her team As an Region Advisor, Dana brings her passion for education and training to her District leaders. It is her belief that everyone can benefit from the communication and leadership skills that Toastmasters teaches. When we can adequately communicate our ideas with others,, lead with integrity and listen to the needs of those around us, we help make the world a better place.
