Looking for one or two individuals to help with home rehab. Yard is overgrown and needs mowing along with leaf / debris cleanup from prior years. Home has ceilings and paneling to be painted. Some wallpaper to be removed. Home is empty and has no flooring. All materials tools and equipment will be provided. Pay is flat rate $1500 and work should take approximately 50-60 hours to complete. Capable individuals should be able to earn $25-30/hr. Flexible timeline. Will review scope of work on site and sign agreement prior to commencement. Must have own workers comp or sign liability waiver.
