Chicken Yoga at Memorial Park, Beacon
Join The Mayor for a relaxing late afternoon stretch and breathe session “con pollo”. Feel your energy return as oxygen fills your cells and feel your muscles relax as the pollo helps deepen your stretches.
Bring a blanket for ground stretches, this is a 45 minute gentle yoga session and great for all ages and experience levels.
Note: this event is held at the small pavilion at Memorial Park - toward the back of the park, by the basketball courts and close to the school.
