This is a great way to celebrate Global Champagne Day! We will taste three French champagnes paired with wine bites. Let's Get It Poppin'! We will taste three French champagnes, representing three different wine styles, and touch on the history of the wine and the wine making process. We will also study food pairing with 3 wonderful wine bites. This is a seated tasting presented to a small group by Sommelier Silver Herrera, owner of Sip & Swirl, LLC. Tickets are limited!
