Join us for our FREE annual HALLOWE/FIT workout featuring prizes for the best costumes, music by DJ Caution, and other fun treats!! This year we're leaving the blue room and taking our annual workout/costume party to the courtyard of East Market. With prizes for the best costumes, a live DJ, and other fun treats, this is going to be a workout/party that you are not going to want to miss! Members and non-members are welcome to attend, but CF Performance members get first dibs. We'll be offering two classes: 11 AM and 12 PM WE/FIT is CF's signature bootcamp, which offers three signature HIIT formats - strength, circuit, and fusion.
