2 female rats for adoption silvermane and black berkshire

These gorgeous girls are PET ONLY, not for breeding or for reptile food. There is a rehoming fee for them. They do not come with a cage but will come with a small bag of the food they are used to eating (Mazuri 6F block) so that you can transition them slowly onto the food you plan to feed them. Both girls must be adopted together as a pair as they are bonded. I will not be separating them. I will also have a third girl available ready to go home in 2.5 weeks from now on October 28, a PET ONLY black marten female. Also shy for holding but sweet and begs for treats. The 9 month old girl is a black silvermane minimal berkshire with a tiny white heart on her chest. The 7 month old girl is a black berkshire. These rats rats are NOT good mothers and are NOT to be bred, despite silvermane being a sought-after color. You will need to agreed in writing to not breed them, please. Both girls love yogies, grapes, and baby carrots as occasional treats. They will come up to the cage bars and beg for treats and are very social with people in that way. However, they do not currently enjoy being held and are skittish for holding. However they have never ever bit anyone. They also have done well in larger groups of female rats and would likely adjust well into a larger colony of female rats if you already have some at home, after a careful 2 month quarantine period. These rats will both have a drop of cat Revolution applied topically just prior to going home, to prevent mites and lice and fleas. Please feel free to email me with any questions.
