The night will include: 🌕 A guided sound bowl mediation✨ Aroma Therapy 🔥 A unique powerful release ceremony 🌊 Dancing with the waves to call in abundance and love 💃🏽☕️ Cacao (hot chocolate traditionally used as a heart opener) ❤️ Connection & Community time 🧘🏽‍♀️ Energy healing 🎶 Uplifting Music What to bring / prepare: Things to get cozy: Blankets, a towel, pillows, a jacket, and your favorite hot drink if you would like.A mug or bowl - for the cacao (We'll have a few extra to borrow in case you forget) Spend some time thinking about what you would like to release from your life (Ex. Release: comparison to others, fear of failure, feelings of scarcity) And what you would like to call in this month. (Ex: A loving partner, new opportunities, financial abundance to be able to travel with ease) The more specific you can get, the better. If you don't have time, aren't sure, or would like more examples, there will be time at the ceremony and new things may come up as you share with each other.
