Join us for a beautiful healing ritual in a spiral installation with guided meditation and sound healing. The last year and a half has been hard on all of us. In the midst of the chaos and anxiety, the uncertainty into which our lives have been upended, has been rife with raw emotions. We've experienced losses not only of people but the very essence of how we live has been disrupted. We need time and space held for our personal and communal healing. If you are feeling tired, anxious, worn out by bearing your losses alone, and would like a respite, we invite you to join us Saturday October 30 at 11am at the pond just south of the Horatio May Chapel in the beautiful and historic Rosehill Cemetery for beautiful experience of healing. Enjoy a contemplative walk through a public art installation of silk tulle arranged in spirals of expanding consciousness; a gentle guided loving kindness meditation and soothing sound healing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, meditation cushion or folding chair as you prefer. Bring a journal and something to write with, if you like. You will receive a contemplative prompt (if you wish) as you enter the spiral to support you in your walk to the center where you will find a place to sit or recline for the guided meditation and sound healing experience.
