Humanity knows how to create a humane, healthy world. When we do not, old assumptions get in the way. What are those old assumptions? Within each issue humanity faces, a tension exists between developmentally new assumptions that make the world a better place vs. old assumptions that block development. Humanity knows how to create a humane, healthy world. When we do not, old assumptions get in the way. What are those old assumptions? What are the new assumptions that bring us to that humane, healthy world? The Rev. Ken Reeves is a graduate of the Starr King School for the Ministry, and has served congregations in Ohio and Delaware. He has also earned a Masters in Pastoral Counseling and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. He is currently a clinical psychologist with a therapy practice and a consulting psychologist with the Center for Career Development and Ministry. He is also the author of: The Whole Church, Congregational Leadership Guided by Systems Theory. First Parish UU is a liberal religious congregation on Lexington Green.
