Year 2 of our brisket competition! Blind vote decides best brisket from: ERIS, Lake Effect, Old Irving, and Une Année/Hubbard's Cave. Your vote on a blind tasting determines the winner. Who will emerge triumphant? You'll know first(!), but the losers are required to post photos on their social media wearing t-shirts and swag of the winning brewery. Entry includes: (4) brisket dishes — one from each brewery — served with fries(4) ERIS cider/beer samples(1) mixed 4-pack — one can from each brewery — to take homeEach session is limited to 75 guests, with no more than 10 people per table. ERIS adheres to state and municipal mandates requiring staff and guests to wear masks while indoors. Guests are expected to abide by house rules. ERIS Brewery and Cider House is Chicago’s first full service cider house and brewery facility to produce cider and beer on premise, while offering communal dining and entertainment spaces.
