This is a session for all levels. From beginners to avid breathers. Wendy will guide the group through various breathing techniques to a playlist of healing music.
Meet your instructor, Wendy!
Wendy was first introduced to breathwork in 2019. Her experience was life-changing and she wanted to share it with everyone she knew. Through her self-practice she continued experiencing exhilarating results of release, clarity and calm.
In 2020, Wendy enrolled in a breathwork facilitator training by Prama Collective. The course was an eye-opener in many ways. Wendy has since continued practicing and studying the power of the breath and how it can help us bring forth emotions that are stored in the body but no longer serve us.
Whether you’re a beginner or a practitioner, breathwork is a great way to get grounded, get some clarity and feel better.
