Running the Numbers -- Using the Financial Analysis Worksheet This Advanced Seminar is open to AGENTS and CLIENTS who have taken the Intorductory Investment Seminar with Mr. Block. The Advanced Seminar teaches the Agents and Investors how to use the Investment Analysis Worksheet that Mr. Block developed at UNC's Kenan Flagler Business School. Attendees get a copy of the Investment Worksheet and learn how to use it. This seminar gives any attendee a clearer understanding of how to analyze a potential investment and how to compare one property to another. This seminar is open to anyone who has attended either of the introductory seminar.
