I have a 1 year old 7 lbs chihuahua female. She’s recently spayed. That’s why she’s in a cone. All shots are up to date and dewormed. Heartworm negative. She’s sweet, quiet, affectionate, and playful. She likes cuddling, and playing with / fetching her toy. She’s medium energy. She doesn’t bark. She should do well in an apartment or a small house with a small yard. She likes to follow me around in the house. She sleeps in her crate. She doesn’t have separation anxiety and can be left hours at a time in the crate without issues. She’s still working on house training. She gets praised for going potty on grass, and her accidents are small and easy to clean up. She can be a bit fearful of going outside sometimes, but a combination of baby talk, clapping, her toy, and food will get her going. If not, she doesn’t resist getting picked up when needing to get past something that scares her. Despite being fearful, she never growled at a person or bit anyone. She’s motivated by food and toy, which makes positive reinforcement easy. She’s a wonderful dog with a lot of potentials. I’m giving her up because my long work hours, and my depression/ anxiety. I’m asking for a $350 rehoming fee. I accept zelle, venmo, or cash. It’ll include the crate, dog food, treats, a treats pouch, heartworm and fleas prevention, collar and leash, her toy, grooming supplies, and enzyme cleaner. You’ll get her medical history and microchip information. She needs a home that will be patient with her, and encourages her to be less fearful through positive reinforcement. If you have small kids, they need to be gentle with her, not chase or taunt her. She’ll warm up to people once she realizes food, toys, and petting come from them. She should always be leashed when outside to prevent her getting spooked and running off. If you’re interested in giving her a loving home, please text me.
