Access from the Front Street lobby. Doors open at 8pm. Front Street 4th Floor Wilmington NC 28401 The Lookout at Iron Front is Wilmington, NC’s newest boutique wedding venue. This spacious 1,800 square foot venue features gorgeous views of the Cape Fear River and downtown Front Street. The classic Art Deco-inspired space is extremely versatile and can events from small to as large as 200 guests. The Lookout features a full bar, bathrooms, and a cozy VIP/Bridal suite with a private bathroom. The venue comes equipped with a full sound and lighting system, with AV/DJ booth, performance stage, and projection screen. The Lookout is located in the historic Iron Front building in the heart of Downtown Wilmington, NC, just steps from the historic Wilmington Riverwalk and moments away from hundreds of bars, restaurants, and shops that call the Port City home.
