You must -be able to work 2-3 days a week. -be punctual! -be hard working. -be a self-starter and self motivated--see what needs to be done and do it without someone needing to you constant direction on job site. -be presentable & respectful as you will be varying clients properties all day long. -able to work outside in the South Dakota seasons. -be able to lift 50+ pounds as this is a labor-intensive position.
