I’m located in Goodyear AZ. Originally I gave this puppy to my mom whom she lost her teacup chihuahua about 3 years ago. I thought it was time for a fresh new start but my mom respectfully turned down the gift. I already have 4 adult dogs and adding 1 more would be too much for me right now.
