NO REFUNDS UNLESS EVENT IS CANCELED Identification All guests must provide valid, verifiable photo identification. Expired IDs will not be accepted. Doorman reserves the right to request a second means of identification when deemed necessary, and to deny entry to any guests in violation of NOTO Philadelphia’s code of conduct in any manner. Client and any and all of Client’s representatives, employees, subcontractors, and guests shall abide by NOTO’s code of conduct, as well as local, state, and national laws and regulations throughout the duration of the event. All guests under the age of 21 must remain in the under-21+ designated space throughout the duration of the event. No alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the under-21+ designated space. Guests ages 21+ may purchase alcoholic beverages, but these guests may not bring any alcoholic beverages into the under-21+ designated space. Covid-19 All guests entering the event: A. Understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease; B. Knowingly assume all risks related to the potential exposure to COVID-19 while on the premises; C. Hereby expressly agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold NOTO Philadelphia, its landlord, officers, directors, managers, employees, contractors, vendors, and any/all otherwise related parties (collectively “NOTO Et al.”) harmless against any suits, claims, actions, or demands of any kind, including attorney’s fees, relating to COVID-19 in any manner, and release NOTO Et al. from any and all liability related to COVID-19. Furthermore, Guests attending the Event are responsible certify that they do not fall into any of the following categories: individuals who have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, unvaccinated individuals who have travelled within the past 14 days to an area that is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19, individuals who believe they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by a health authority or health provider.
