One artist studio for rent at Foothill studios. The artist studio is a good size (about 200sq) with one full wall of windows that let in tons of natural light all day. This space would be great for a painter because of the natural light. It also has new electrical and adjustable track lighting on the ceiling for good lighting in the evening. The studio is one of four artist studios in a building at the base of the Oakland hills. It includes a shared bathroom area and a shared kitchen sink. There is shared WiFi available if needed. The warehouse is a wonderful place to create artwork with 24/7 access in a pretty safe location even late at night. There is parking directly out front and it’s also not very far away from Bart. This space is artist owned and we are looking for other artists who want a safe long term artist studio to create nice work. It was created with the idea to provide space for artists that would not go away like some in the Bay Area. If your interested it has a cat outside in the courtyard so a cat friendly person would be nice. We also have visiting dogs at the studio so the same there.
