Press release from the Montgomery County Department of Police: October 8, 2021 Gaithersburg, MD - Detectives from the Montgomery County Police - 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 78-year-old woman. Mingling Chen was last seen leaving the 1500 block of Forest Glen Road in Silver Spring on the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 8 and may be in the Rockville area, trying to get to D.C. Chen is 5-feet 2-inches tall and weighs 110 lbs. She was last seen wearing pink pajamas with a Ralph Lauren logo on the top.
