Gunny needs a new home

This is Gunny. He is a super gentle pitbull that I rescued about a year ago. He is now approximately two years old. His ears were docked when I got him. I've since gotten him cured of heartworm, had him neutered and he has a complete vet record with UTD shots, etc. He is SUPER well trained - he'll walk without a leash and stay on my heal, will sit when I stop and laydown if I stay stopped a while. He will go pee and poop ON COMMAND (I'm serious). He will come, sit, laydown and speak on command. He likes to chase a ball, but won't bring it back to me.. he'll just go get it and play with it on his own. He comes with collar, leash, water and food dispensers, poop bags for walks and a heavy duty crate that he loves as his "house"... he will also go straight to it on the "house!" command. He is awesome with guests, kids and other animals. The only reason I'm parting with him is that my work travel is picking back up and I don't have anyone to watch him when I'm away. I've spent over $1,000 on his vet care (he's 100% cured of heartworm) so I'm asking for a small, $250 rehoming fee to recoup my costs. Cash only, pick up in Indian Trail.
