Plumbing. Need help adjust in hot water

I just moved to a different house and I basically don’t have hot water in my shower. It’s not exactly cold but it’s not even warm. Even though in the sink and in the kitchen water works fine. Here’s a picture of the water valve. I live in warm mineral Springs area, need suggestion or if you can stop by would be even better. Trying not to spend a lot but I’m willing to give a tip for your time. Thank you. I prefer text messaging as a conversation
