Deck stair install plus a few deck repairs

I need someone to build a small set of stairs off of my deck, maybe a 2 step stringer and no more then 30" wide. The steps would land on a concrete pad and I would also like to replace the old lattice under my deck and a few deck boards. It is not a big job but I would need you to stop by and tell me what is needed, then we would have to go and purchase the parts and have you bring then back to my house. (No truck) I have attacked pictures of the area and also of what I would like it to look like. Please do not inquire if you lack the skills or tools to perform the job.
