Help with lawn!

Hi! I had a well company come and install underground water lines and my whole yard was dug up and my lawn is gone!! Really want help this week to seed or put down a new lawn before it gets too cold. Please tell me what your experience is and what you would do to fix this. Thanks!! I have included photos mid-job. It’s all level again but just dirt now. Can send more photos tomorrow.
