Photographer Needed For Property Photos

I'm a real estate investor, and I currently have two properties under contract in the Cleveland area. One house on E 67th St and one house on E 98th St. I'm trying to hire someone to take photos of the interior and exterior of the houses I have under contract. I'm not expecting a professional photo shoot, but good enough that I can see clear photos of each room and all angles of the inside and outside of the property. I'll pay $50 per house for photos. I get properties in this area every month, so hopefully, you'd be willing to do this again in the near future at the same rate of $50 per house. There are cameras installed on the interior and exterior of the houses, and the houses are on a lockbox, so I'll give you the lockbox combination, so you can take photos. To avoid any scams, I'll send the payment once I have proof that you're at the property.
