Need a New Roof on Detached Garage

I need a new roof on my 20 ft x 20 ft detached garage. 2 or 3 layers of roofing need to come off, and you dispose of old materials. There is plank wood under old tiles (see pictures), so no need for plywood. Roll roofing is fine, and replace flashing as needed. You provide equipment and materials, and CCB license. Please provide fee estimate and availability. Feel free to swing by to have a look, but please do not bother the tenants.
