Apartment Community looking for a full-time RELIABLE, HONEST; HARD WORKING Landscaper/Porter/JR Maintenance laborer. Main work required to be performed, raking, mowing, edging, hedge trimming and leaf blowing. Occasionally there will be trench digging, planting, and irrigation, drainage installation and other small enhancement projects. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently, have a positive attitude, be clean, neat and courteous. We are looking for detail hard-working, individuals that are self-motivated and take pride in their work. Requirements • At least one year experience in yard maintenance. • Knowledge in irrigation drainage and plant installation. • Ability to use Landscaping gas power tools. • Ability to carry/lift 50 pounds. • Valid California license is a plus.. • Team Player and willing to help out with other duties as assigned.
