General contractor providing top-tier residential construction in the Santa Monica Mountains and much of Los Angeles County is now hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent. Coordinate ongoing construction schedule and manage the activities of employees and subcontractors. Record daily activities in a digital log. Forecast potential problems and make recommendations. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the clients, building officials, municipality representatives, architects, engineers, designers and subcontractors. * Experience in construction estimation and project management software Buildertrend a plus.
