Let's say next week Congress passed Biden's Build Back Better Plan, then what? We don't have the workers and we don't have the materials needed. You can't build back if you don't have the trained labor or the materials needed that's sitting in container ships. Unlike Obama's Shovel Ready Stimulus we don't even have the shovels let alone anyone who will dig with them. This has been a fraud like everything else Biden's done or tried to do.
