There are Americans and Ameri-cants. We have the materials and the equipment and the Union labor. We don't have the money now but we will get it from closing tax loopholes and making the wealthy pay their fair share. If Americants wont work, we have plenty of MexiCANS who will. You trumptards should know you don't use shovels to build back better. The only thing sitting in those container ships are the cheap, chinese-made crap we consume until our energy bills force us to scale back.
