Male bird/cattle dog needing forever home

I am needing to rehome my mother in laws Aussie/heeler/pointer male dog that she can no longer care for. He is fully house broken and knows basic commands sit, stay, shake. Very smart boy. Good with other dogs, kids and cats. We are asking for a small rehoming fee. This guy would make a great companion for an old family member or would be great as a family dog or young couple dog. Text are just fine. He is neutered and up to date on shots. My vet has fully check him over and given a clean bill of health. Just needs a loving home.
