We are seeking a Handyman / Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! This will be a 1099 position. We need someone to oversee turnover and light rehab of older poorly maintained apartment units. Each unit will need - Drywall Repair, Prep and Painting - Flooring Placed, - Baseboard Removed and Installed, - Replace Light Fixtures with Ceiling Fans - Microwave Oven installed over Range Some units will need - Cieling Tiles Replaced - Doors painted or Replaced - Bathroom Vanities and Toilets replaced - Kitchen Cabinets Replacement.  - Drywall Removal and Replacement - Plumbing Repair and Replacement You will perform the necessary work to turnover units. and coordination with an Electrician as needed.   No electrical work to be done by any unlicensed personal.  Materials will be provided.  You will need to bring your own tools.  Work unsupervised and provide pictures of all progress as you complete jobs. Pay will be hourly based on experience and paid weekly via Check. Responsibilities: - Repair major and minor issues with buildings - Order and replace broken parts or equipment - Maintain a clean and a safe work space - Will also need to coordinate with, Property Manager, Plumber, and HVAC contractors as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in maintenance and plumbing - Deadline and detail-oriented - Ability to handle physical workload
