stereo geeks... question about wireless speakers

I had two wireless speakers that came with the device that plugs into my receiver to send out the signal. I don't think it was a blue tooth system. I had one of the speakers on my driveway somewhat hidden but the homeless junky in my neighborhood found it and took it. I would like to find another set like that set and use it on my patio. Any recommendations? I hope to find something pretty cheap as I just use it infrequently. Thanks for your professional advice!
